Chauffeur CZ

Starting 20th October 2016 we are finished with accepting all kinds of credit cards! Our contract was rejected by the bank after 17 years because we are not willing to replace free reliable mechanical imprinters for chargeable vulnerable online payment terminals. Resistance is victory! Thank you for understanding.

Payment for provided service is possible cash in CZK, cash in any currency acceptable by the Czech National Bank or by invoice. Payment directly to the chauffeur if not agreed differently.

Calculation of the total amount that you receive as a part of the confirmation is fixed and can only differ in possible charges for longer waiting, parking, chauffeur´s accommodation or in highway, tunnel or ferry fees if traveling abroad (these are being charged in both directions).

For the fixed booking you can make a down payment on our banking account after receiving our proforma invoice.

Toll-free cancellation acceptable within 24 hrs prior to the pick-up time. In case the amount was paid in advance through the bank order only bank fees are charged to re-transfer the payment.

If canceled later or in case the client doesn’t show up at all, we charge 100% of the total amount as a cancellation fee.

Arrival times are monitored, chauffeur is waiting with a name plate in the arrival hall.

Free pick-up within the city of Prague.

Fare CZK 14 per 1 km for pick-ups outside of Prague.

Same prices during weekends and holidays, not effected by traffic!

Possible discounts provided individually according to the destination.

The driver is fully responsible for any belongings or health damages.
